1. Service Description

Digital Passport is a software application that connects to your Akeneo PIM to generate Digital Product Passports. The service includes QR code generation, public passport pages, and an administration interface.

2. Account & Access

To use Digital Passport, you must have an active Akeneo PIM subscription (Growth or Enterprise edition). You connect the app through the Akeneo App Store, which grants the app read access to your product data.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data displayed on passports.
• You must ensure you have the right to display any logos or branding you configure.
• You must not use the service to display misleading or unlawful information.

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Cached data ensures passport pages remain available during brief PIM outages.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encrypt credentials at rest and delete all data when you disconnect the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Passport is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from inaccurate product data, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may disconnect the app at any time from your Akeneo PIM. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
